One call is up to 15 minutes. We can accept longer calls but you must book them in 15 minute time slots.

Of course! That’s what we’re here for. We can provide a wealth of knowledge, we can even provide estimates on work to ensure you do not get over quoted by local plumbers for work that needs to be done.

Make sure you have a good internet connection with a video phone, and are next to the plumbing problem.

Our engineers all have strong Wi-Fi connections or 5G networks. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a strong connection to ensure the call runs smoothly.

Thats fine, as long as you do so at least 3 hours before your appointment time.

It depends where you are located, we try to give quality recommendations for further required works.

You can call us again for advice or to help fix the problem. Alternatively you can call out a local plumber or electrician.

You will most likely need an actual plumber or electrician. While we aim to fix the problem with you on the call, if we can’t do so we will give you advise for the works required with a guide price. Also, you can exchange contact details with the professional during the call if they are happy to do so.

Unfortunately not because we have to charge for our time and advice. We do not guarantee to fix the problem, although we do try out upmost to fix it with you.
