We understand. Tenants sometimes need a little extra expert guidance to navigate around a home's plumbing to get a job fixed or diagnosed. Our professional tradesmen are used to speaking with tenants and homeowners clearly to explain and investigate problems.
Quite the opposite actually, thanks to technology, a video call can be started and completed within an hour. We don’t believe you’ll see a tradesmen be able to move that quickly.
We aim for you to be able to go to a plumber, heating engineer, or your agent with a description of what work needs to be undertaken and specifically what parts to take with them. Arriving with the correct parts will save money and time because it will prevent the tradesmen from making multiple trips.
